Current Happenings

The Board met in February and have made extensive plans for this year. You can find the minutes under the "Meeting Minutes" section of the website.
Several new policies were adopted. Review these new documents in the "Residents Information" area.
They include a new UNIT REPAIR REQUEST for a homeowner to complete and submit if there are possible repairs which are the responsibility of the HOA.
Also updated is the UNIT SALES-RENTAL DOCUMENT which spells out the homeowner's responsibilities when they plan to sale or rent their unit.
We also updated the HOA & Unit Owners Responsibilities document which outlines the types of repairs that are the responsibility of the HOA or the homeowner.
We have several new residents moving in and have developed a HOA Welcome Package that we provide new residents.
We hope to have a Membership Meeting in May to welcome the new residents and review some of the rules and regulations.
